Alabel, Sarangani- A total of thirty (30) informal sector workers from this municipality who are mostly members of the Indigenous People (IP), parents of child laborers, urban poor, landless farmers and fisherfolks, low-income earners, and senior citizens were the latest recipients of the DOLE Integrated Livelihood Program (DILP) starter kits amounting to P559,300.00 in SOCCSKSARGEN.


No less than the DOLE 12 Regional Director Raymundo Agravante personally awarded the said livelihood kits together with DOLE-Sarangani Field Office OIC Domingo Baron, LGU-Alabel, PESO-Alabel, and Accredited Co-Partner (ACP) BLGU-Maribulan.


Beneficiaries’ chosen projects include barbershop, carpentry services, vulcanizing services, welding shop, barber shop, mini carinderia, kakanin making, among others.


“Inyong ampingan ug gamiton ining mga gamit sa negosyo para makatabang sa pamilya ug dugang sa inyuhang income,” said RD Agravante.
