Koronadal City- The Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) 12 efforts to continue and sustain quality public service in SOCSKARGEN paved way to the recognition from the Civil Service Commission (CSC) with the nomination of Pag-asa ng Bayan Award (Group Category) in the 2020 Search for Outstanding Government Workers. The awarding was held at DOLE 12 Conference Room, Mabini Extension, Koronadal City on 15 February 2021.
CSC 12 Director Venus Bumanlag, member of regional Committee on Awards, handed over the plaque of recognition to Team DOLE 12 composed of ARD Arlene Bisnon, Chief Ruby Carrasco, Chief Remily Oca, and Edward Mario Mondejar.
Further on February 10, 2021, CSC 12 awarded DOLE-North Cotabato Field Office a plaque of appreciation as regional nominee for Presidential Lingkod Bayan Award (group category) and Senior LEO Marnie Dave Eballes as nominee for Pag-asa ng Bayan Award (individual category).
Team DOLE 12 was recognized in its development and enhancement of multiple online systems like Special Program for the Employment of Students (SPES) and Rural Workers Association (RWA).
DOLE-NCFO’s teamwork, resiliency, and exemplary performance despite displacement of the physical office and personnel due to the aftermath of earthquake in 2019 was contributory to the field office’s nomination to Presidential Lingkod Bayan Award.

Despite the challenges of the pandemic brought us in 2020, we still deliver in a high note without sacrificing the quality of our service for the benefit of our stakeholders in the region,” said RD Agravante.
CSC conferred Presidential Lingkod Bayan award to individual or group for exceptional or extraordinary contributions resulting from an idea or performance that has nationwide impact on public interest, security, and patrimony.
