Koronadal City- In its bid to improve and adopt with online trend in the delivery of programs and services, the Department of Labor and Employment-Regional Coordinating Committee (DOLE-RCC) presented a fresh innovation and held the Training and Launching of DOLE-RCC XII Online Referral System at The Farm, Carpenter Hill, Koronadal City on 16 January 2021.
The said online system that leads to customer service improvement is a collaboration of DOLE Regional Office 12, DOLE Attached Agencies, and the League of PESO Managers in Region 12.
Further, members of the Committee presented programs and services enrolled in the referral system which include existing and applicable programs and services for the local and the OFWs.
RD Raymundo Agravante, Chairperson of DOLE-RCC 12, acknowledged the convergence of the Committee in creating an innovative method and a system that is adaptive to modern means in engaging government transactions.
“The efforts of the DOLE-Technical Support and Services Division is commendable. We are already setting the tone at the start of the year in introducing a creative and new approach in dealing with our customers, a strategic and helpful online referral system,” added RD Agravante.
